The rolling line consists of an extruder, laminator, a cutter and a flap system.
The laminator allows the regulation of the thickness of the dough as well as the speed in the rolling.
The cutter receives the dough from the laminator and through a rotating roller with dies it allows the dough to be cut to the desired shape.
The flap system separates the excess mass after cutting.
This line can be incorporated or adapted to an existing line. The adjustment, cleaning and maintenance of this line is simple and intuitive.
